Thanks. This was a relatively simple design :-) Never gonna carve it again so figured id share. I like seeing my designs in the wild. This is the dragon design i just made and carved and painted :-)
Does anyone know how to get my machine to cut from the middle of the board? I tried to click on the center of the shape box on the left of my easel program. I then jogged my spindle to the center of the board and probe the center. when start to carve it acts like it is carving from the bottom left corner.
or try putting the center of your work piece at 0,0 as I believe that Easel is trying to work based on the lower left corner and the machine is not visible as it is working

when you set up your material you will see a box that says lower left corner. hit the arrow and choose center.

try offsetting the work piece 1/2 way into space

simply put the router will still carve every thing even it is not shown. Run simulate to confirm the project.
