This is a replica of the one shown. To get the hanging heart the same, you'll need to round the edges and sand it. Mount the rectangular piece with the heart cut-out in the square piece. If your wood isn't the same thickness, you'll need to edit the cut-out that is sits in.
It's best to make two, one with light wood and one with dark tone wood, so the heart is a different color. Or just stain the heart with a red tone stain.
