Nine Men Morris
Instructions
1
Stain Plywood (Optional)
I sanded the plywood to 220 grit. I then used a dark Danish oil to darken the plywood so the lines would be a bit more visible. Follow the directions on the can.
Estimated time: 60 minutes

Cut the board out
This could be sped up by making the lines shallower. The depth currently in the file at isn't really necessary. 1/8 would be plenty. This was one of my first projects I did on the X-carve. After having more experience I would suggest .1 inch depth should be plenty for making the lines.
Estimated time: 47 minutes
3
Play the Game
Grab some checker pieces or something similar and then play the game.
